Tsung-Han Yu is an LLB from the National Taipei University and an LLM Candidate at the Graduate Institute of Health and Biotechnology Law of Taipei Medical University. His master’s research studies the sociolegal underpinnings of the sexual rights and joint responsibility of persons living with HIV/AIDS in Taiwan. He has been interested in I’mpublic laws, the sociology of law, public health and medical laws, and queer and feminist legal theories.
