Sarthak Gupta is currently working as a Judicial Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate at the Supreme Court of India in New Delhi. He holds a B.A. and an L.L.B (Hons.) from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, India. His research interests revolve around Constitutional law, the Criminal Justice System, and International Human Rights Law, focusing on areas such as Anti-Discrimination law, Digital Constitutionalism, Freedom of Expression, Feminist & Queer Legal theories/studies, and Reproductive Justice. He is working on his independent research i.e., ‘Project Engender and Constitutionalism’ on the analyses of contemporary Indian socio-legal issues from the Comparative Constitutional Law and IHRL approach.
