Daryl WJ Yang

Daryl is a lawyer, activist and independent scholar. He currently serves on the editorial board of the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law’s Comparative Equality blog and was previously Managing Editor of the Singapore Public Law blog. Daryl also served as a consultant with ILGA World and AWARE Singapore, and co-founded two youth  organisations in Singapore, the Inter-University LGBT Network and the Community for Advocacy & Political Education (CAPE).  

Daryl's research interests span queer and disability legal studies, law and social movements, and comparative constitutional and equality law. He recently graduated with an LLM from UC Berkeley's School of Law on a Fulbright scholarship and is a proud graduate of the Double Degree Programme in Law and Liberal Arts jointly offered by Yale-NUS College and the Faculty of Law at the National University of Singapore.
